An International Mentor Community Court

The NJC is proud to be selected by the Center for Justice Innovation (External link) in New York as an international mentor community court. This means we work with communities and justice systems worldwide to share and promote community justice.

As part of a global network of community justice centres, we focus on making neighbourhoods with high levels of crime safer and stronger while improving how justice is delivered.

Our role as a mentor court is to share our model and practices with justice reformers, policy makers, courts, and community services. At the same time, we welcome the chance to learn from others, exchange ideas, and work together to create better justice systems for everyone.

We’re here to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge. If you’re interested in learning more about community justice and the NJC, feel free to reach out and let's start the conversation. Contact the Education team at njc.education@courts.vic.gov.au (External link) (External link)
