A Justice of the Peace (JP) will be available at our centre to assist with document signing and witnessing, making it easier than ever for you to get your important documents handled. 

Our JP will be running a Document Signing Station on Mondays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Whether you need someone to witness a statutory declaration, certify a true copy of an original document, or any other official service, we’ve got you covered. No appointment is necessary. Drop by during the specified hours, and we’ll be here to help. 

Our JP offers their time voluntarily, ensuring that you receive an independent and objective witness for your documents without any hassle. Before you visit, make sure all your paperwork is prepared, and remember that JPs do not offer legal advice. Whether you have one document or several, our JP is ready to assist you. 

Services provided by JPs include: 

  • Attesting the execution of documents 

  • Witnessing statutory declarations 

  • Witnessing affidavits for court use 

  • Certifying true copies of original documents 

  • Certifying a person’s identity 

Everyone in the community is welcome to use this service, whether you live nearby or are just passing through. It’s part of our commitment to making essential services more accessible to everyone.
